If there is a defect upon receipt of your order, please email info@northerndiamonds.com.au within 14 days days of delivery for a replacement. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.
Exchanges
At Northern Diamonds, we offer 14 day exchanges in the event the sizing is incorrect or the customer prefers a different item. We understand sometimes life happens and we want to make this experience as easy as possible.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings unless faulty.
We will provide the free return-shipping label, so that your return process is seamless. Please contact: info@northerndiamonds.com.au for the return shipping label.
